The information on this website is for general information about the SmartEasyPay app. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but services, operators, billers, offers and timelines can change. The app shows what is available at the time you pay.

Plans, bills and prices

Recharge plans, prices, validity and benefits are set by operators. Bill amounts and due dates are fetched from billers. We show them as we receive them and are not responsible for errors in what operators or billers provide. Please check with the operator or biller if something looks wrong.

Third parties

Operators, billers, BBPS partners, banks and the payment gateway are independent of us. Their names and logos belong to them and are used only to identify their services; this does not mean they endorse us. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Reward coins and offers

Reward coins and offers are promotional, have no cash value and can change or end, as set out in our Terms & Conditions and on the reward coins page.

No financial advice

Nothing on this website or in the app is financial, investment or insurance advice. For insurance, credit card and loan payments, the terms of your policy, card or loan are between you and the provider.

Fraud warning

We never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or passwords, by phone, SMS, email or social media. Anyone who does is not from SmartEasyPay. See our safety tips.
